The glass is great. Just disappointed I paid for the gift box only for it to be a cardboard package box with a sticker on it.
Store owner replied: Hi Sam, Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologise for the mistake. The gift box was unfortunately missed during packing — this was our oversight. We have refunded the gift box fee in full. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards.
This glass is a Christmas gift.....I am sure he will love it
Amazing service and fast shipping 🤗
Fantastic product and just as good customer service, I missed out on a promotion and messaged them about it, with zero issues and a reply within minutes they gave me another glass which they did not have to do as it was my fault but honored a promotion I could have had. Will be buying more
Bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves them.
Love the glasses!!! Thank you so much 🩷
Very impressed with the glasses but also the communication from the team throughout the delivery process, thanks so much!
This is a gift for a friend whose husband was a beekeeper. He passed away last year and it is such a nice way for her to remember him. The glass is very well made.
