The glass is great. Just disappointed I paid for the gift box only for it to be a cardboard package box with a sticker on it.

Now, I adore this cute glass turtle tumbler!🐢 The design is beautifully detailed, and the glass is high quality and sturdy. It looks amazing on its own, but even better paired with the penguin glass! They complement each other perfectly and look so cute together. On top of that, the customer service was truly exceptional: friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. 8months ago I bought shark wine glasses🦈 for my dad and a bee straw for myself. I have anorexia nervosa, rituals around eating 🍽️ and drinking are very important in my wellbeing. and the little bee 🐝 gave me so much joy and brightened my day, whilst I was in hospital my mum wore a bee pin daily in honour of me. So when I dropped my straw, I just sobbed. I had an extremely distressing day. I hadn’t eaten at all yet that day, I had an exam in 3 hrs, a lot was going on. My brother went straight online and put in an order for a new straw with express delivery. And when I got home after my exam I was so deflated and exhausted. Next thing I know. It’s at the door. Not even 12 hrs later. Made my whole day brighter. 🩵🩵🩵

Bought the bambi glass for my daughters 21st bday (wanted the bear but still sold out). Still wrapped up in the box it came in so couldn't take a photo. Birthday is at the end of the mth. I have however seen the bear glass as a work colleague gave it to one of the office ladies for secret santa
