Thank you so very much for the personal delivery! A very much adored gift for my penguin loving friend 🐧
The glass is great. Just disappointed I paid for the gift box only for it to be a cardboard package box with a sticker on it.
Store owner replied: Hi Sam, Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologise for the mistake. The gift box was unfortunately missed during packing — this was our oversight. We have refunded the gift box fee in full. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards.

Now, I adore this cute glass turtle tumbler!🐢 The design is beautifully detailed, and the glass is high quality and sturdy. It looks amazing on its own, but even better paired with the penguin glass! They complement each other perfectly and look so cute together. On top of that, the customer service was truly exceptional: friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Such a great experience all around. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases and I highly recommend! Will definitely be purchasing more and sharing this wonderful local business with my family and friends 🥰
I absolutely love this glass penguin tumbler! 🐧 The design is so adorable and beautifully detailed. The glass feels sturdy and high quality, and the penguin design is both charming and elegant without being over the top. It’s perfect for everyday drinks but also special enough to display. Easily one of my favourite glasses I own!. Highly recommend for penguin lovers or anyone who appreciates a fun, yet classy design.😊
Still can't get over how much I love these! Thank you once again :) MiniZoo has the best customer service I have ever experienced and the glasses are so cute I immediately bought more so I could gift them to all my friends! I recommend MiniZoo with my whole heart and will be a forever customer :)
8months ago I bought shark wine glasses🦈 for my dad and a bee straw for myself. I have anorexia nervosa, rituals around eating 🍽️ and drinking are very important in my wellbeing. and the little bee 🐝 gave me so much joy and brightened my day, whilst I was in hospital my mum wore a bee pin daily in honour of me. So when I dropped my straw, I just sobbed. I had an extremely distressing day. I hadn’t eaten at all yet that day, I had an exam in 3 hrs, a lot was going on. My brother went straight online and put in an order for a new straw with express delivery. And when I got home after my exam I was so deflated and exhausted. Next thing I know. It’s at the door. Not even 12 hrs later. Made my whole day brighter. 🩵🩵🩵
